How to request account deletion

You can permanently delete your Emma Frazier Clinical Pilates account and all associated data directly from within the app:

1. Open the Emma Frazier Clinical Pilates app and sign in.
2. Go to Account and select Edit Profile.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm when prompted.

Your account and data are deleted immediately — this action cannot be undone. You'll be signed out automatically once the deletion completes.

If you're unable to access the app, you can request deletion by emailing help@emmafrazier.co.uk from the email address associated with your account. We'll confirm your identity and complete the deletion on your behalf.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently and immediately removes:

• Your profile information (name, email, photo)
• Your login credentials
• Your class bookings, progress, and in-app activity history
• Any other personal data stored in your account

What we retain, and for how long

Records of payments and subscription transactions may be retained after deletion where we're legally required to keep them — for example, for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes. These are kept only as long as required by law and are not used for any other purpose. Purchase receipts held by Apple, Google, or Stripe as part of processing your payment are managed under their own retention policies and are outside our systems. No other personal data is retained after your account is deleted.
